We work on practicing specific strategies to manage stress, experience relief and fun, and communicate in a way that honors your boundaries.
I define mindfulness as the quality of being present in the moment with awareness, acceptance, kindness, compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgment. I consider these my personal and professional values, which I bring into my work with clients.
