I welcome all clients to try therapy – even if there is some hesitancy – what I offer is a safe space, free from judgement where I listen and pay attention to the dynamics that are present in the session. What’s something important you should know? My approach is to put your goals and values in the centre of this process and to try to deconstruct and make sense of the seemingly chaotic events, situations or emotions that you’re going through. Depending on where you are right now in your life or struggles, coming to the session, means that I can meet you halfway. I work with individuals and couples in helping them make sense of their experiences and empowering them to take action in their stuckness.
