I believe counseling will help you better understand your behaviors, thoughts, and feelings, while you discover more effective coping skills. Consequently, counseling is a relationship between you and me.
I am dedicated to helping members of the LGBTQ+ community who struggle with depression, anxiety, coming-out, HIV diagnosis, relationships, and social factors. I have also dedicated my life to help those who suffer from addiction issues including alcohol, drugs, sex, and gambling.
I have developed an eclectic approach to therapy that fits my holistic style. I believe that all people are capable of change and strive to become the best that they can be. I possess the knowledge, motivation, and enthusiasm to assist you in realizing your personal goals through your past and current life experiences.
