Adam Vasey

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

I work with people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or pulled in different directions inside themselves. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and hard on themselves, yet struggle to feel grounded or connected in the ways they want. My approach is warm, mindful, and trauma-informed. I focus on helping you slow down, understand the patterns that keep repeating, unhook from unhelpful thoughts, and reconnect with a steadier sense of who you are. Together we build space for clarity, self-compassion, and more authentic ways of living and relating. I offer in-person sessions in Windsor and virtual therapy across Ontario.
