Adam Scartozzi
Licensed Mental Health Counselor - MA, LCPC
I believe strongly in a person’s ability to create themselves. Our world is what we make it. I enjoy working with people ready to make change work for them as they construct their desired lives. I want to be a partner in your efforts to live unhindered by anxiety, fear, shame, or sadness. I specialize in helping adults, teens, and families through the challenges of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and relational discord.
I aspire to bring a sense of lighthearted, yet purposeful reflection to my practice of therapy. I value open, thoughtful dialogue that is in tune with the needs of my clients. I believe entering into therapy to be a show of honest commitment and I seek to share this commitment with my clients in return.
Lastly, I regard myself and my practice as being explicitly anti-racist, which is a reflection of my values and the world I seek. A world in which there is a shared acceptance of our variation as strength, acting in solidarity with one another as we strive to reach both our personal/collective potential.
