Abigail Thompson

Marriage & Family Therapist - MFT

On our life path, we may encounter setbacks which feel like they are preventing our growth- but these are actually essential to our growth and understanding. We need support and space to be curious in order to grow and change. As a therapist, I create a warm and safe environment and relationship in which to explore who you are now and who you want to become.

My work involves integrating mind and body to support psychological growth. We work with the present moment to clear old patters that affect you today. Mindfulness helps anchor your experience and helps you make choices that honor your goals. Creativity and play help you envision and move toward new possibilities.I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all genders and orientations.
