Aaron Hagaman

Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT

I work with individuals, couples and adolescents who seek greater influence in their lives. For me, self-influence is about more than just insight or self-awareness. Influence begins with experiencing your embodied responses, whether it’s how you enact a reserve or closeness with others, react to stressors, suppress desires, or express your feelings. Experiencing how you embody your responses offers concrete steps for how to shape familiar and limiting patterns. This creates new possibilities for growth that, with practice, generate a greater sense of agency, vitality and satisfaction.
